Dear Mr W Wonka,
We weren’t in school yesterday and we have heard that for one day, Bledington School was transformed into……. a CHOCOLATE FACTORY! We also heard that the children were asked to do the work of the Oompa-Loompas who were all poorly.
Bledington children were split into three groups to carry out the different jobs. Those jobs were: blindfolded taste testing, to see which toppings to use on their chocolate lollies; next they had to design their own labels to go on the chocolate lollies. Later on, they went into the infant block to make their finished product.
We are sorry to hear that the Ompa-Loompas were ill, but glad Bledington could help make your chocolate lollies.
In the end, the lollies looked amazing and everyone enjoyed being an Ompa-Loompa for the day.
Leo and Xavier
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
