School Dinners
Bledington School is lucky enough to have its own kitchen and a wonderful school cook who prepares fresh meals daily on site.
Children enjoy having hot dinners as well as sandwiches and a highlight of the year is when the whole school sits down to a Christmas dinner together.
In the summer months the children are able to eat their lunch outside.
Take a look at the latest hot dinner menu....what would you chose?

Universal Free School Meals - for all Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
What are Universal Infant Free School Meals?
From September 2014, schools have offered a free school meal to all pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.
If you would like your child to take up the free school meal, all they need to do is inform their teacher when given the choice during registration. The majority of our pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 have a school meal every day, choosing from three meal options, usually two meat and one vegetarian. Wednesdays and Fridays are favourite days as these are "roast" and "fish & chips" lunches! The puddings also go down extremely well! ![]()
Even though these meals are free for all children in KS1, if you receive ANY of the benefits listed below, PLEASE still complete the claim form.
